She Is Looking Forward To Switching To Electronic Medical Records

My sister is looking forward to learning more about the Electronic Medical Records that her place of work is switching over to. She is particularly impressed about the fact that these records will be in a database that will be able to compile statistical reports in regards to demographics, medication, doctor's progress notes, past medical history, to name a few. Her work flow will be more streamline and automated allowing her to do what she does best, care for patients.

Our next door neighbors are looking into the Electronic Medical Records. They said that they are interested in keep their medical records safe and think that this is the answer for their needs. I told them that my roommate and his brother were talking about this very thing last week. They are interested in hearing more about anyone's experience with the system. He said that there are those who have already implemented this with their office set up and others only wish it were true.
