EMR Trust®'s Practice Management Software Streamlines Medical Practice Processes
Doctors are beginning to wonder how they can handle practice management with the government now encouraging medical practices to switch from paper files to electronic medical records. There is still a lot of scheduling, billing and practice report creating to be done and the need for effective practice management software is high. EMR Trust® has a solution with its innovative practice management software called gloPM. It has Microsoft® Office technology in it, so it will be familiar to users who are worried about learning new EMR software.
gloPM® includes a wonderful dashboard that allows doctors to effectively and efficiently perform their jobs. There are no annoying pop-up screens or check boxes to deal with, just easy direction that lets doctors choose where they want to go. Scheduling, for instance, is one of the most important aspects of running a medical practice. It has to be clear and well defined to keep the workflow running smooth. With gloPM® from EMR Trust®, people, places and things become top priority for scheduling. For the people, it is the patients as well as the doctors. For the places, it can be the examination room or anywhere in the practice. Things can be diagnostic equipment or even the workstation desktops. Scheduling with gloPM® incorporates all three elements. Doctors can drag and drop entries with this EHR software and set up a new patient appointment easily.
Another important element to running a practice is billing. EMR Trust®’s practice management software helps with this as well. The information from EMR Trust® goes directly into our integrated billing system. Billers can have a full range of information with a single click such as demographic information to billing/procedure codes to claim status. To find out if a patient has the proper insurance, users can utilize gloPM®’s real time insurance eligibility and claim status checks. You can even find out when you will be paid for services rendered.
Doctors can also have a full view of their scheduling and billing with our practice management software so they can section information and understand their patient’s demographics better. This includes reports for claim status, claims reviewed, transaction history, missing charges and more.
EMR Trust® also offers gloEMR® in addition to its practice management software to help with the transferring of paper records to electronic medical records. We offer round the clock support from local technicians through our Partner network and help practices every step of the way and beyond.

So at work I got the week practically off for free. Most of my team is attending a Practice Management Software workshop and since I have already went to that workshop I am able to do just a little bit of work in the morning and have the afternoons off. It's a nice change of pace as of late we have been doing a lot of late nights and weekend work days. I feel sorry for my team though because that workshop is really boring.
The text message I got on my walk

I took my morning walk down Jordan street this morning. I like walking down Jordan street as people keep their sidewalks clean and the city creek runs by the end of the block. While on my walk I took a break at one point to rest my legs and to look at the text message I had received. The text message had to do with a company that makes and sells Practice Management Software. I had contacted them about what they could offer a dental office.
